Join our friendly hospitality team and help us create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.
Permanent part time seasonal contract – based on average 20 hours per week during the core season only (normally February to October) each year.
Salary equates to circa £12.71 per hour. The full-time equivalent salary is circa £24,785 per annum

What you’ll be doing
You’ll be a key member of our Hospitality team and ensure our centre remains clean, comfortable, and welcoming for every visitor.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Housekeeping duties, such as cleaning bedrooms and communal areas, maintaining hygiene standards throughout the centre, and assisting with laundry operations.
Ensuring guest areas are well‑presented, restocked, and ready for use at all times.
Other duties can include working in the kitchen assisting with food preparation and serving food to our visitors.
Our permanent seasonal contracts give you flexibility to follow other interests and pursuits over the winter months secure in the knowledge that you have a job to come back to.

Where you’ll be based
Dale Fort sits high on the cliffs of the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park, with sweeping sea views and the Wales Coast Path just outside the door. It’s the kind of place where your day begins with salt air, seabirds overhead and the sound of waves against the rocks below. The centre’s 19th century fort setting adds a sense of history and adventure.
